Trade between the Steelers and Seahawks:
Steelers would get: Aaron Rodgers + the 3rd Rd and 5th Rd draft pick of the Startup Draft
Seahawks would get: 1st Rd and 2nd Rd of the startup Draft and 1st Rd of the Rookie Draft
Steelers would get arguably the best QB in the draft. And would move back a few picks. For Seattle it's a productive trade Bc now they get two picks in the 2nd round and are willing to take a chance with the Rookie pick considering it's pretty high up.

Nice - this is what makes this league so interesting.
But, this trade will be against the rules.
Rodgers (#4 Pick) + 3rd and 5th Round are a total of 3 Start-up Picks against 1st + 2nd Round Start up Picks. The rule says, every Team needs to have 27 Picks/Player.
Here what the rule say with the link:
Additional Infos: - You can trade up or down like you want, but at the end every Team needs to have 27 NFL Startup Picks / 27 players - After each trade, myself will update the draft rankings here in this thread. SO everybody can see, which teams has which pick. - As soon you post a pick, it can not be undone. Please make sure you are checking about injuries etc. before you make your pick - If you pick a player which is already off the board, you can correct your pick anytime in a new post. The time for the next team starts right after the wrong pick - Please make sure you post the players name and position correct. This will make the work to add the players in the file etc. much easier
This is just a minor thing, but rules are rules.
Pittsburgh need to throw in one more Start-up Pick in any Round to make this trade a valid trade. So please talk and repost the trade.

Revised Trade: Trade between the Steelers and Seahawks:
Steelers would get: Aaron Rodgers + the 3rd Rd and 5th Rd draft pick of the Seahawks Startup Draft
Seahawks would get: 1st Rd, 2nd Rd, and 27th Rd of the Steelers startup Draft and 1st Rd of the Steelers Rookie Draft
Steelers would get arguably the best QB in the draft. And would move back a few picks. For Seattle it's a productive trade Bc now they get two picks in the 2nd round and are willing to take a chance with the Rookie pick considering it's pretty high up.

(-) 64.5I am the last guy to decline/veto trades but in this case it is to much towards the Seattle side in my opinion. esteban gave his ok for the trade already. So, because it is the first questionable trade, I would like to take this as an example and everybody who wants to give his 5 cents to this trade is more then welcome to post it below. The trade will get a "good to go"! But with all eyes closed. Here is why: Seattle is giving up:Aaron Rodgers (Start-up Pick #4) + 3rd Round Pick (#28) + 5th Round Pick (#52) Seattle receives:1st Round Pick (#8) + 2nd Round Pick (#21) + 27th Round Pick (#321) + 1st Round Rookie Pick (#4)If you look at the picks side by side: 1st Round #4 vs. 1st Round #8 3rd Round #28 vs. 2nd Round #21 5th Round #52 vs. 27th Round #321 and then the 1st Round Rookie stands alone. In a Dynasty League, the #4 Rookie Pick will be one for the future and also will have an immediately impact for this Team. Pittsburgh gets nothing back in return. Seattle looses 4 spots in the 1st Round, gains 7 in the 2nd/3rd Round but looses 269 spots with the 5th - 27th Round. Now we can debate how much value has the #4 overall Rookie Pick. With the #52 pick in the start-up draft, this will compensate the #4 pick a little bit. Here the scale for trade: 0 : Win-Win-Trade -15 to +15: One team has a slightly advantage in the trade -30 to +30: One team wins the trade and his franchise will get better -50 to +50: One team wins clearly the trade -65 to +65: Veto. This trade is bad for the league or one team looses the trade extremely -99 to +99: Big Veto. Who agrees to this kind of trade don't know the game or is complete insane! With 64.5 it was really close to a veto. esteban.... this is how a trade should be reviewed. Maybe not so long and in detail, but at least with a explanation and a scale. Thank you

I dont see rookie first round not so valuable in the same year as we have our Startup-draft. so I am ok - even with all the math saying it is borderline!

We forgot the confirmation from Pittsburgh: ceddro1 confirmed the trade. Here is his statement: There was a trade between me and Jojo Joyner (Seattle Seahawks). It was a good trade opportunity for me as I get a top rated QB for years to come with a franchise friendly contract and still enough quality pick positioning to build the rest of my roster. I sacrificed a rookie but with Aaron's ability it was a chance I took.
